To guarantee your timed entry, please arrive at FunBox 15 minutes before your ticket time. We will let you into FunBox at the time of your ticket.
Yes, all guests are required to wear socks at all times while inside the park. We sell FunBox non-slip socks online and at the park which can be re-used for future visits.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult or adult carer. No exceptions. Children 5 and under must be accompanied into the inflatable by a parent/carer. A parent/carer must remain at FunBox while their children are at FunBox, no exceptions.
Yes, everyone who comes to FunBox whether you jump or not must purchase a ticket.
For safety, we do require that any child ages 5 and under be accompanied by a paying parent/carer with their own ticket.

All pregnant guests cannot enter any of the inflatable parts. Please be mindful that the surface of any inflatable cna be unpredictable and you may lose your footing at points.

Tickets are for approximately 90 minutes however we end each session 5-10 minutes prior to the 90 minute session for cleaning.
We sell out often so we strongly suggest you buy your tickets online to ensure entry. We do sell tickets at the door.

Tickets are non-refundable however we are happy to honor your unused or unscanned tickets within 30 days of the original ticket date. No need to rebook or change the date/time, just show us your unused or unscanned tickets.

All guests must have a paid general admission ticket, whether they jump or not. Toddlers ages 0-2 and seniors over the age of 65 are free when accompanied by a ticketed customer.
Yes, we have limited seating, first come, first serve and other amenities. We do not offer lockers for our valuables. Please leave them at your home.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
All turned in lost and found items can be picked up at the event during open hours. Please contact the manager or team lead at the park.
We do not offer birthday parties however you are free to purchase lots of tickets and arrive 30 minutes prior to your slot time and we will attempt to get you a table for your group. Private buy-outs are available party@funbox.com
We do not offer refunds. If you cannot make it on your selected date, your ticket is still valid for any date in the future.
