All pregnant guests cannot enter any of the inflatable parts. Please be mindful that the surface of any inflatable can be unpredictable and you may lose your footing at points.
Yes but please be very careful inside the park.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
We sell out often so we strongly suggest you buy your tickets online to ensure entry. We do sell tickets at the door.
A parent/carer must remain at FunBox while their children are at FunBox, no exceptions.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult or adult carer. No exceptions. Children 5 and under must be accompanied into the inflatable by a parent/carer. A parent/carer must remain at FunBox while their children are at FunBox, no exceptions.
Tickets are non-refundable however we are happy to honor your unused or unscanned tickets within 30 days of the original ticket date. No need to rebook or change the date/time, just show us your unused or unscanned tickets.

Yes, all guests are required to wear socks at all times while inside the park. We sell FunBox non-slip socks online and at the park which can be re-used for future visits.
No, we do not accept cash.
All turned in lost and found items can be picked up at the event during open hours. Please contact the manager or team lead at the park. You can call the number listed on your ticket confirmation.
Tickets are for approximately 90 minutes however we end each session 5-10 minutes prior to the 90 minute session for cleaning.
All guests must have a paid general admission ticket, whether they jump or not. Toddlers ages 0-2 and seniors over the age of 65 are free when accompanied by a ticketed customer.
To guarantee your timed entry, please arrive at FunBox 15 minutes before your ticket time. We will let you into FunBox at the time of your ticket.
No worries, you will still get in.
We do not offer refunds. If you cannot make it on your selected date, your ticket is still valid for any date in the future.
Yes, we have limited seating, first come, first serve and other amenities. We do not offer lockers for your valuables. Please leave them at your home.
Yes, everyone who comes to FunBox whether you jump or not must purchase a ticket.

DATE CHANGE POLICY: On rare occasions we may have to reschedule the event. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled date they are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour or to apply for a refund. Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the rescheduled event date. FUNBOX will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).
SESSION TIME CHANGE POLICY: For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.
EVENT OFFERING CHANGES: Our goal is always to deliver the full FUNBOX experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.
Tickets are non-transferable between locations and cannot be redeemed at other locations. Tickets must be redeemed at the location they were purchased for. Under no circumstances can tickets be transferred between locations.
FUNBOX is a weather dependent event and does not open up in the rain.
At FUNBOX, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Since our event is weather dependent, we do not operate during rain. We recommend checking the local weather report before your scheduled session. In case of inclement weather conditions that would pose a risk to our customers and staff, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or strong winds, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. If this happens, we will notify you via email and SMS, and your visit will be postponed.
If your visit is postponed, don't worry! Your tickets will still be valid for any available sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays between now and the end date. However, if tickets are not redeemed by the final weekend, refunds will not be issued. If we cancel the final weekend, we will refund all tickets.
We understand that changes can be inconvenient, but we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at FUNBOX. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible to ticket holders via email and SMS. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you soon at FUNBOX!

The FUNBOX family will be supporting hyper-local foster care agencies in every city! FUNBOX is a company that is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting local foster care agencies. We have a special emphasis on supporting youth aged 15 and older and are committed to donating between $50,000 to $100,000 during the year 2023. Our focus is and always will be to create lasting, family moments. Foster youth and youth from at-risk backgrounds (ages 18-24) are at a pivotal point in their lives with decision-making. We are proud to play a small role in assisting foster youth in their transition to adulthood.
In Lone Tree, we are actively looking for a foster care charity to support.
